We are obsessed with perfection and committed to serving the highest quality food to our guests.

Our Fish

We begin this obsession with perfection in our selection of fresh fish. In order to find the best fish, we traveled to the biggest wholesale fish and seafood market in the world: The Tsukiji Fish Market. Located in the center of Tokyo, The Tsukiji Fish Market handles more than 400 different types of seafood. Through speaking with the vendors and learning about the fish over the course of several weeks, we were able to establish personal relationships with these specialists who directly source us our fish daily. Every handroll served at Namo is made with ingredients directly sourced from Japan in order to give our customers the most authentic Japanese dining experience.

There are many health benefits of eating fish regularly. Fish are high in protein, iodine, omega 3 fatty acids, and various vitamins and minerals. Omega 3 fatty acids are essential to brain function, growth and development. These “good fats” also reduce inflammation and risk of heart disease. So you can have your fat and eat it too!

Our Drinks

At Namo, we offer a wide array of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage options. From nitrogen-infused tea to traditional Japanese sake, let us help you find the best thirst-quenching compliment to your meal. Because we are entirely devoted to offering our guests the most authentic and enjoyable Japanese dining experience, all of our beverage options were carefully selected with Japanese drinking customs in mind. You might notice that our drinks are served in smaller glasses than what is common at other American restaurants. In Japanese culture, drinks are customarily served in smaller glasses in order to keep the beverage as brisk and fresh as possible. This not only allows us to offer our guests lower prices for their beverage selections, but further adheres to the traditional Japanese experience that we strive to offer each of our guests.

It is undeniable that the nitrogen-infused coffee trend has taken the caffeinated world by storm, and we are thrilled to be serving the pioneering nitrogen-infused tea at Namo

Nitro Tea

By adding nitrogen to our teas, we are able enhance the natural flavors in the tea in the same we strive to enhance the natural flavors in our fish. Nitro tea adds sweetness without the added sugars and has the same velvety texture that Nitro coffee fanatics know and love. So stop by Namo and try a new nitrogen-infused experience that your taste buds will thank you for-we promise.

Sake on Tap

We couldn’t offer a traditional Japanese meal without some sake. At Namo, we are happy to serve our guests any of our sake varieties that we serve on tap. We only accept the best quality ingredients for our handrolls and the same goes for our sake. We are proud to serve Tyku sake to our guests who wish to enjoy some sake with their meal. Tyku is a gluten-free, non-GMO, sulfite-free “clean alternative for wine.” Tyku is imported straight from the Umenoyado Brewery in Nara, Japan so that our guests can enjoy the full “taste of Japan” during their time at Namo.
